SummaryWe’re a play‑based early childhood education center serving infants through preschoolers. Our amazing team of educators is deeply committed to honoring children and families, doing what’s right and best for each child, and working collaboratively as a community. We love mentoring and supporting teachers who are new to the field or new to our program, and we believe strongly in advocating for the early childhood education profession.
Our educators truly make a difference every day—and we’d love to have you join us if you’re passionate about helping children become the best versions of themselves!
We’re seeking caring, dependable Classroom Aides to work directly with preschool students through a grant‑funded position. The ideal candidates will be comfortable supporting children in engaging positively with peers, following individualized plans that include visual supports, using effective verbal and non‑verbal communication, and applying de‑escalation and regulation strategies when needed. These positions are expected to run from October 20, 2025 through August 21, 2026
, when the students transition to kindergarten. If a student leaves earlier or the grant funding ends, the position would end at that time. There may be opportunities to transition into other roles within our program based on fit and availability.
