• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects
• Implement and enforce safety processes and practices on-site
• Accurately interpret construction documents and specifications for compliance
• Manage and motivate the on-site workforce and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain comprehensive daily reporting processes to document project progress

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; 6+ years preferred
• OSHA 30 Hour certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling

• Experience in subcontractor coordination and performance management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
• Familiarity with reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
