• Supervise all the operations and workers on the job site.
• Evaluate the staff according to their performance and capabilities.
• Ensure that the workers are following blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of applicable safety and code standards specific to the structural ironwork trade, including OSHA standards.
• Report the work progress on a weekly basis.
• Determine the time limit for the tasks and make sure it is completed within the decided time frame.
• Troubleshoot any issues that occur on the construction site and report them to the Project Manager.

• 2 years experience of working as a Foreman on a construction site.
• Excellent knowledge of construction equipment and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong problem‑solving and management skills.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• A keen eye for details.
