Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
Perform physical exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for Vermont medical licensure
