Are you looking for meaningful part-time work that has seasonal flexibility? Join our LEAPS team and make a real difference in the lives of local youth through our after school enrichment program. LEAPS is a 21st Century Community Learning Center program serving youth at Bakersfield Elementary and Middle School, Berkshire Elementary School, Enosburg Elementary School, Enosburg Middle High School, Montgomery Elementary School, Richford Elementary School, Richford Junior Senior High School, and Sheldon Elementary School.

About the Role:

We are looking for community members with a variety of skills to run after school clubs between one and five days per week. Activity Leaders lead fun, enrichment activities through enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity while building positive relationships with students and our community. Activity leaders must be comfortable with running activity groups of approximately 10 youth. Staff can decide with grade bands they work with.

The expected work hours are 2:45pm and 5pm.

• Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
• Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families
