Paraprofessional Position at Richmond Elementary School

Richmond Elementary School is seeking a full-time, energetic and caring Paraprofessional to work with students in Grades K-2. This position is responsible for providing 1:1 support to students and working in groups with students to assist with Individualized Educational Program (IEP) services. In addition, paraprofessionals provide assistance to special educators and classroom teachers and perform a variety of supportive activities with a diverse population of students.

Richmond Elementary School will provide job specific training. Qualified candidates should enjoy working with and engaging with students, have the ability to communicate effectively and work independently. Experience working with young children is critical for this position, and fluency in the Spanish language is preferred but not required.
