Lead daily operations at a wood-fired biomass power plant
. This hands-on leadership role oversees plant performance, operating staff, and safety while working closely with maintenance and fuel suppliers to keep the plant running efficiently and reliably.
- Oversee control room and steam plant operators
- Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot issues
- Support startups, shutdowns, maintenance, and outages
- Manage fuel handling and ensure safety & environmental compliance
- Experience in power generation or industrial plant operations
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical and safety mindset
- Comfortable working on the plant floor
