What awaits you

• Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams
• Problem-solving on process opportunities
• Understand patterns, tooling, layout, and system operations
• Learn about blow molding and assembly processes for automotive fuel systems
• Conduct cycle time studies to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
• Create standardized work instructions
• Analyze scrap and downtime, using analytical tools to identify root causes
• Improve operational equipment efficiencies based on root cause analysis
• Participate in operational meetings
• Assist the NPI group for project launches
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor

What you'll need to succeed:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Applied Science, focusing on automation or robotics
• Skills in Data Analysis, Electronics, Software Engineering, Robotics/Automation, or Mechatronics are preferred
