AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our widely respected and growing Facilities Division in our Williston, VT office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and preparing structural design calculations and construction plans for new and renovation projects of public and private buildings and parking garages along the East Coast.

- Prepare detailed structural design calculations and construction plans.
- Lead structural design projects, ensuring they meet all relevant codes and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and clients.
- Conduct fieldwork and site visits as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (MS preferred).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- 4–10 years of structural engineering experience.
- Proficiency with Revit software and familiarity with National Building Codes and design standards.
- Strong communications and organizational skills.
- Competitive salary with a pay range of $40–$60 per hour.
