Position: Fall 2026 Co-op– Quality Engineering
Location: Essex Junction

Overview

Fall 2026 Co-op – Quality Engineering at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Essex, VT. You will be part of a challenging, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces all of KDP's hot beverages and will have responsibility to provide the site with improvements and opportunities to grow professionally. You will work across multiple departments and build a strong network to contribute to ongoing success and process improvement.

Shift/Schedule
  • The KDP 2026 Fall program will run from July 13, 2026 – December 11, 2026
  • Location:

    Essex, VT
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
As a Quality Engineering Co-op you will
  • Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including Daily Management Systems (DMS) for day-to-day operations, new equipment startups, and product qualifications
  • Assist with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and Lean activities, participate in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events, and develop, implement and improve autonomous and preventive maintenance work streams
  • Support daily manufacturing operations to deliver targeted safety, quality, production, and cost results
  • Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to all levels including senior management
  • Undertake and complete simple or basic project development tasks such as writing/verifying specifications, maintaining product/process documentation, testing processes, equipment, raw materials and product, and validating equipment and processes
  • Contribute to problem solving, cost reduction, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze downtime data and maintain action plans using lean methodology
  • Collect and calculate savings data on improvement projects
  • Recommend methods for improving efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities

Total Rewards
  • $31.00/hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements
  • Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another Manufacturing-related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with Power BI and Trending Data preferred
  • Experience with Solidworks and 3D printing is a plus
