The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing all structural engineering efforts for the company, specializing in precast concrete. The role leads both in‑house design engineers and third‑party subcontracted engineering firms to deliver designs, repair details, and technical support for sales and production teams. The Chief Engineer ensures compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective, innovative engineering solutions that align with company goals.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the internal engineering team, overseeing performance and career growth.
• Coordinate subcontracted third‑party engineering firms to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide technical oversight for design of new precast concrete structures, review and refine repair and retrofitting solutions, and approve all structural calculations.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project timelines, budgets, and performance specifications while collaborating with project managers, sales teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales to provide engineering insights during proposals and pre‑sales activities.
• Offer technical support and design problem‑solving to the manufacturing team, working with plant operations to optimize production methods.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant codes and industry standards and develop quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with Performance, Plant, and Production teams to align engineering with production capabilities.
