A Drive Test Technician performs mobile and stationary RF testing to validate wireless network performance, supporting engineering teams by collecting field data to optimize coverage, capacity, and quality of service across 5G technologies. This role requires 100% travel.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Operate drive test equipment (e.g., TEMS Pocket, X-CAL, QXDM) in vehicles or on foot to collect RF data across designated routes and clusters.
• Perform Speed Tests.
• Capture logs for RSRP, SINR, PCI, throughput, and scanner data, and upload results to centralized servers.
• Follow naming conventions for test files.
• Communicate with Circet and client points of contact, escalating issues as necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies: LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, 5G, MIMO, Carrier Aggregation strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in RF testing or field technician roles.
• Experience with DAS, small cells, or CRAN installations beneficial.
• Good computer skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel; flexible hours and weekends.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Pay Range: $20/hr – $26/hr based on geography, skills, and experience. May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity.
