We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join our finance team, supporting our Marketforce team. This entry-level role involves assisting with daily financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Pulling daily and monthly reports for reconciliations across multiple agencies.
• Reconciling payment trackers to ensure accurate posting of payments.
• Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Processing payment returns and keying payments efficiently.
• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.

• High school diploma, with some tertiary qualification in finance or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PDF applications; advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with payment reconciliations involving processors, banks, and systems.
• Trustworthiness and discretion.
