Spreetail is hiring a Finance Director to lead FP&A for our fast‑growing Fulfillment Services business. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this role is highly visible and partners directly with senior leadership to drive strategy, scale processes, and deliver actionable insights. We’re looking for a seasoned finance leader with strong FP&A expertise, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a startup‑paced environment.

This is a player/coach role—leading a team while rolling up your sleeves to make an immediate impact.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive performance for the Fulfillment Services business.
• Deliver real‑time financial insights, reports, and recommendations that influence decision‑making at all levels.
• Simplify and scale finance processes, leveraging systems, automation, and data to improve efficiency.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across operations, business development, and customer teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team.

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within high‑growth or e‑commerce‑driven businesses.
• Deep FP&A expertise with a proven ability to manage large‑scale data and financial systems (SQL, Excel, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives and scaling early‑stage processes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with executives and guide strategic decisions.
• Track record of thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic and hands‑on execution.

$130,000 – $200,000 a year Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000/year to $208,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
