The Treasury Associate supports Mack Group, Inc., a vertically-integrated contract manufacturing company with ten facilities in the U.S. and Mexico. The role is located at Mack Molding Company's headquarters in Arlington, VT and is responsible for key Treasury-related tasks, reporting, and analysis across risk management, including customer credit risk, banking, investments, corporate insurance, and legal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support Treasurer with customer credit approval process and monitoring of customer creditworthiness; provide recommendations for adjustments to customer credit terms and/or limits.
  • Maintain customer credit spreadsheet for all customers across Mack Group operating companies.
  • Facilitate requests for customer financial statements, evaluate key financial‑health metrics, and determine risk in providing credit. For publicly‑owned customers, source and analyze public‑facing financial information.
  • Monthly/quarterly reporting to senior internal stakeholders (Good Business Practices Report, Mack Group Investment Summary, Customer Exposure Reporting, Cash Reporting, Total Customer Satisfaction Reporting).
  • Produce recurring and ad‑hoc business insights through detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Assist Treasurer with annual Mack Risk Report, outlining key Mack Group business risks.
  • Process requisitions for goods/services as needed.
  • Support banking tasks: daily banking review, reconciling checks and electronic payments, monitoring exceptions/rejections, reviewing payables with Finance department on a rotating basis; forecast interest income and perform general cash management.
  • Support insurance‑related tasks: claims activity, policy negotiations & renewals, data submission, certificate of insurance generation and tracking; assist with workers' compensation, quarterly reserve and budgeting.
  • Support internal & external audits (e.g., annual insurance‑related audits).
  • Administrative and reconciliation support of Mack investments.
  • Support vendor/employee ACH enrollment process.
  • Administer Egencia travel account and corporate card payment reconciliation.
  • Manage Treasury‑related subscription services, such as Dun & Bradstreet.
  • May occasionally travel to other company locations.
  • Other duties as assigned, including cost savings opportunities and strategic projects.
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required; related professional experience in credit analysis, risk management, banking, and investments. Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

$75,000 – $85,000 DOE
