Starting Salary: $24.50 / hour and up.

Using your strong communication and problem‑solving skills, along with a broad range of financial knowledge, you’ll provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
You’ll get to know customers’ personal financial goals and recommend tailored solutions to help achieve them — such as planning for the future, buying a home or opening a new credit card. You’ll introduce customers to digital and mobile‑first ways to handle banking transactions using our app or ATMs. You’ll collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to help customers with more complex financial needs.
You’ll make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial check‑up appointments, following all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and state and local laws and regulations.

- High School degree or GED required.
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
- Proven success with building relationships and recommending products and services through in‑person and phone interactions.
- Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
- Aptitude to problem‑solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
- Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
- Self‑motivated, confident and able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
- Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including pre‑employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

The salary range for this position is $24.50‑$26.47 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including work location and relevant skills and experience.
