- Audits and authorizes staff services in the electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Evaluates staff performance, providing recommendations for enhancement and reporting on effectiveness.
- Reviews documentation of Urgent Care staff, ensuring services meet standards and deadlines.
- Assists in program budgeting and financial monitoring, overseeing state grants and contracts.
- Provides situational coverage as needed.
