Mad River Eye Care is a doctor-owned, independent optometry practice serving the Mad River Valley for over seven years. Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a full-time Optometric Assistant to join our team in Waitsfield, Vermont. This in-office role involves active involvement in all aspects of patient care—from pre-testing and assisting with contact lens instruction, to helping patients choose eyewear and navigating the latest in optometry technology.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Positive, dependable attitude
  • No prior optometry experience required; paid training and hands-on support will be provided

  • Starting wage of $18–$20/hour
  • Monday - Thursday schedule, 7:45am - 5:00pm (3-day weekends)
