Mad River Eye Care, a doctor-owned, independent optometry practice in scenic Waitsfield, VT, is actively seeking a skilled, experienced Optician to take the lead in our optical department. This is not an entry-level role - we're looking for someone who can step in with confidence, take ownership of eyewear sales, and help guide patients from first glance to final fit.

You'll be part of a small, collaborative, and compassionate team that takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and we'll rely on you to bring your sharp eye, great taste, and technical know-how to every appointment.

• Competitive Pay: $25–$30/hour depending on experience and licensure
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday (hello, 3-day weekends!)

• Lead all aspects of optical sales
