Patient Services Team Administrator/Medical Receptionist
This is a vital role within the Practice as you will bethe first point of contact for every patient.
The postholder will work closely, and under the direction of the Practice Manager to deliver a first class service to all our diverse patients. The position issuitable for someone who wishes to demonstrate initiative and to use their skills across a wide variety of requirements needed for the role. They will bepart of a happy and committed team.

Main duties of the job- Ability to use own judgement, resourcefulness and be ableto work under pressure without direct supervision.

- Observe strict confidentiality on all matters relating to the Practice and its patients.

We are situated just outside the City Centre in a lovelylocation with some parking available for staff, and we also have a branch surgery in the City Centre.

Job responsibilities- Educated to Grade C or above.
- GCSE Level or equivalent in English
- and Maths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
