Position Summary
Under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager, the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care to the patients of Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center through monitoring of drug therapies, interaction with other members of the healthcare team, and education of staff, patients and their family members.
Qualifications- Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
D.) degree preferred. - Completion of a post‑graduate residency preferred.
- Previous health system experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond quickly to emergency requests, handle frequent interruptions, and adapt to changes in workload.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Min $43.37 / $69.40
