We are currently recruiting for Home Health Aides (HHA) to reliably serve clients in Richmond and Bolton.
Pay: $27.00/hr, mileage reimbursement $0.55 per mile, weekly pay.
What you’ll do- Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and other personal hygiene.
- Perform household support tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare and feed meals.
- Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises and ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Minimum one year of professional home health or patient care experience.
- Passion for caregiving and desire to help others.
- Commitment to being present and providing quality care.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
