What You Will Have An Opportunity To DoWe are looking for highly motivated individuals who can create a memorable first impression for guests as they arrive and throughout their stay. Your Role- Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaged and showing genuine interest
- Interact with all guests, welcoming each one to our hotel
- If guests arrive by vehicle, open their door as you greet them
- Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in
- Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested
- Upon check‑in, escort guests and their luggage to their rooms, explaining our amenities and fun facts
- Collaborate with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience and "dive" into opening doors for all guests
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
- Be the difference with all guests and employees, going beyond the norm
- At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for six months
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Problem‑solving skills when issues arise
- Team‑work mindset is a must
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Ability to work full shifts standing and moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas
- Strong desire to make a positive impact on others
- Outgoing and engaging demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
- Capacity to stand throughout the shift
- Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
$19.00 per hour
