• Ensure the Housekeeping Supervisor in Stowe, VT, US maintains regular attendance and punctuality to distribute workload equitably among team members.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate hotel and guest needs, which may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Maintain effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate appropriate interactions with guests and coworkers.

• Supervise housekeeping closets and the performance of housemen to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking.
• Manage laundry operations efficiently, including inventory of chemicals, cleaning, organizing, and handling reclaimed items.
