Jay Peak Resort is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to lead the reservations team and front desk collaborators. You will train staff, manage schedules, and ensure accurate input of guest packages and accommodations.
The role partners with sales and events to fulfill group requests and optimize department performance. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, experience in property management systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Sirius and Inntopia knowledge is a plus.
