Our client is a Canadian technology company specializing in software solutions for public transportation and municipal mobility services. Their product suite supports transit planning, scheduling, operations, and data analysis for agencies across North America.

Project Description

You will lead and support a single Agile delivery team while ensuring seamless collaboration across other teams within the broader program. This role requires a hands-on approach with strong coordination skills to manage cross-team dependencies, technical integration points, and alignment with the overall program strategy.

The Project Manager will work closely with peer PMs and report directly to the Program Manager.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage one delivery team, ensuring progress toward project goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks
• Coordinate closely with other Project Managers to track and manage cross-team dependencies and technical integrations
• Collaborate with team leads, business analysts, and QA to ensure end-to-end delivery success
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage risks and issues proactively, escalating when needed
• Report team progress, blockers, and delivery risks to the Program Manager
• Ensure alignment between team output and client expectations
• Support delivery excellence and continuous improvement within the team

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT delivery
• Proven experience with Agile frameworks and ceremonies
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams and cross-team dependencies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with distributed teams is a plus
• Ability to balance detailed team-level focus with program-wide coordination
• Proficient in Agile tools and practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Fluent English communication - English level from B2+
