• Translate user feedback into actionable product recommendations to drive enhancements

• Experience in supporting multiple product suites and modules within payroll systems
• Technical experience in SQL scripting, database systems, web applications, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience delivering efficient service to clients under tight deadlines, particularly during payroll cycles
• Proven ability to manage escalations and set clear expectations with customers
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

• Hands‑on experience with Infor HR Payroll or similar Payroll software suites
• Experience with computer programming or application coding (e.g., SQL, JavaScript)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent technical training
