High Leverage Activities- Leadership over Parts and Service Departments including regular weekly travel to regionally assigned locations
- Implement monthly operational reviews
- Ensure 100% compliance of daily routines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in service
- P&L responsibility for the Fixed Operations as well as support functions for regional site locations
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding annual budget
- Drive positive cultural mindset, supporting Allegiance Trucks cultural initiatives
- Ensure achievement of highest level of factory programs (i.e. International Prestige Standards, Isuzu Circle of Excellence)
- Develop employees to enhance their performance and career growth
- Uphold Allegiance Truck’s customer focus by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues timely and professionally
- Oversight of the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
- Gather and share information from customers and other dealers to help Allegiance better serve our customers and grow market share.
- Support whole goods and lease and rental operations
- Development role for Regional Vice President
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
- At least 5 years’ experience in the industry / dealership environment
- At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role
