Reporting to the Group CFO, you'll lead a finance function of around 40 colleagues, overseeing financial operations across more than 40 legal entities within a complex and evolving organisation due to hit 243m turnover this year, and employing close to 6,000 team members.
This is far more than a technical finance role. We're looking for an accomplished leader who can develop people, simplify complexity, strengthen controls and help shape a finance function that supports the ambitions of a growing business. Working closely with the CFOMain duties of the jobThe Finance Director at Agincare will report to the Group CFO, leading a finance team of approximately 40 colleagues.
The role involves overseeing financial operations for over 40 legal entities and managing a turnover expected to reach 243m, with close to 6,000 employees. This position requires more than technical expertise; it calls for leadership in developing people, simplifying complex operations, strengthening controls, and shaping a finance function that aligns with the company's growth ambitions. Responsibilities include driving finance transformation, treasury management, cash flow forecasting, building relationships with auditors and stakeholders, and supporting group budgeting and forecasting.
