You’ll be the on-floor expert for quality, driving continuous improvement, mold validation, and CAPA processes to meet exact customer specifications.
- ✅ 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- ✅ Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and procedures.
- ✅ Experience with mold validation, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and 5S audits.
- ✅ Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance Requirements (QARs), visual inspection, and line clearances.
- ✅ College degree preferred.
- ✅ Competitive Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + Comprehensive Benefits.
