Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking a Program Manager 1 to become part of the Test Equipment Solution Program Management team at our Warner Robins, GA location. This position will be responsible for all phases of the Program from inception through completion. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:

Building a collaborative relationship between the program office and functional areas. Program performance includes: P&L, schedule, performance, customer relationships, and forecasting.

What You'll Get to Do:

As a Test Equipment Solution Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the program life cycle from inception through startup, execution, and completion. The Test Equipment Solution Portfolio comprises Build to print production, repairs, spares, engineering services and DMS activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cost, schedule, technical performance and customer satisfaction of the Test Equipment Solution Programs.

• Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.

• Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms
