Your day-to-day as a Production Operator:

• Prepare, handle, and package both uncooked and cooked meat products
• Operate equipment to cut, box, seal, and label products according to specifications
• Load product into ovens, smokers, or packaging machines as needed
• Perform basic machine adjustments and material changes
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety standards, and quality procedures

Your skills and experience:

• Prior experience in food production, packaging, or machine operation preferred
• Comfortable working in cold, clean-room environments with raw and cooked meats
• Ability to learn and follow SQF, GMP, and QMS guidelines
• Attention to detail in following food safety and quality protocols
• Able to identify and report product or equipment issues quickly
