Momentum Manufacturing Group is a leading metal manufacturing company dedicated to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations / Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team and help drive excellence on the production floor.
Salary
- Base pay range: $54,080.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
The Operations / Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and leading a team of employees to achieve operational goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production employees; foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
- Monitor workflow, materials, and resources to ensure efficient use and minimize downtime.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Track and report production metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements.
- Serve as a bilingual communicator between management and Spanish‑speaking employees.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – essential.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on production environment.
- Proficiency with production reporting systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
