- Butchering animal carcasses using knives, hand saws, blades, and meat cutting equipment.
- Daily inspection of carcasses.
- Confirming requirements for federal bacterial and antimicrobial standards during meat processing.
- Packaging of meat products.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment.
- Ability to safely handle and use sharp knives, hand saws, saw blades, and meat processing equipment.
- Willingness to follow food safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
