CNC Mill Operator
Our client is a precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace industry, and they want you to join their team as a CNC Mill Operator.
Job Location: In-Person, $18–$28/Hour (Depending on Experience), 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift), Full-Time
Training on 1st Shift, Monday-Friday for 6-12 weeks. After this period, you will transition to 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday.
Your day-to-day as a CNC Mill Operator:
- Operate CNC Horizontal and Vertical Mills to produce precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Your skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC Milling machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading ability
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and machining processes
- Dependable and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
