Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate

Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Company: Momentum Manufacturing Group

Pay Range: $17.50/hr – $23.60/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

The main focus is verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. Willingness to cross‑train with other department areas.

• Packages parts carefully in protective wrap for shipment to customers.
• Supports the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for our customer base.
• Responsible for making arrangements for pick up by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
• Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
• Operates the stretch wrap banders.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.

• Valid driver license.
• Must have a medical card or be able to obtain one.

• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing required all day.
• Frequently lifts and/or moves items over 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
