Job Location:
In-Person, $18/Hour, 12-Hour 1st Shift, Monday-Wednesday & every other Thursday, Full-Time
Our client manufactures high-performance protective equipment for the military, and they want you to join their team as a Manufacturing Operator
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Operator:
- Work as part of a team to assemble, inspect, and package products according to written work instructions and quality standards
- Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet cosmetic and quality criteria
- Accurately complete tracking sheets, labels, and production documentation
- Rotate between workstations and tasks as needed to support production flow
- Maintain flexibility to take on new assignments or assist coworkers when required
- Follow company, safety, and quality policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
Your skill set includes:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable reading and following written procedures and safety guidelines
- Basic math and recordkeeping skills
- Team-oriented attitude with reliability and a focus on quality
