Role
Bale Room Technician supporting production of client-facing print and advocacy materials.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor baling and material-handling equipment.
- Prepare, stage, and manage printed and packaging materials for outbound processing.
- Ensure accurate sorting, bundling, and outbound preparation.
- Track inventory levels and handle materials with attention to detail.
- Follow strict safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain detailed production records and documentation.
- Support a clean, efficient workspace in a collaborative team environment.
- Hands-on experience operating production/material-handling equipment.
- Strong attention to accuracy for sorting, bundling, and staging.
- Ability to follow safety and quality standards consistently.
- Basic inventory tracking skills and comfort with production documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with a small team in a fast-paced production setting.
