Overview

Marketing Coordinator role at The Middleby Corporation. This role focuses on organizing training events, customer hospitality, and responsibilities in digital content development, product information management (PIM), and product content strategy. The position offers growth into more advanced marketing responsibilities for motivated, fast-paced individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute trade show events, including logistics, registration, service contracts, and equipment ordering.
  • Coordinate and execute internal training events, overseeing scheduling, setup, and teardown.
  • Provide comprehensive hospitality support for incoming guests, customer visits, and training events.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns through social media to expand online footprint.
  • Rewrite product PowerPoint presentations to create clearer product understanding based on product study and selling points.
  • Develop and submit monthly product analysis sheets to key contacts (e.g., buying groups) to support product development and understanding.
  • Assist with the Middleby PIM project to ensure accurate product data across all platforms.
  • Coordinate information and submit advertisements to trade magazines and assist in building blogs.
  • Maintain and cultivate the company’s online social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring branding consistency.
  • Fulfill and mail marketing materials to external sales teams and customers.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with a demonstrated commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to shift between tasks as priorities change.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
  • Reliable with consistent attendance and strong self-motivation.
  • Cheerful outlook and a desire to succeed as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to attend trade shows or company events.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic work environment.
