The role includes planning retreats, service projects, and formation programs; mentoring young people; fostering participation in parish life; and building relationships with families, schools, and community partners. The minister will collaborate with clergy, staff, and volunteers, and use digital media to evangelize effectively.
Qualifications: Practicing Catholic in good standing; degree in Theology, Ministry, or related field (or equivalent experience); proven ability to engage and mentor youth/young adults; strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
