RN Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and take leadership roles as needed.
• Conduct direct resident assessments and care.
• Supervise nursing staff in providing care according to regulations.
• Formulate and update nursing care plans using the nursing process.
• Assess residents daily and adjust care as needed.
• Assist physicians during rounds and communicate effectively.
• Participate in training and supervising nursing personnel.
• Apply leadership and supervision principles effectively.
• Handle conflicts through problem-solving and communication skills.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies.
• Prepare daily duties, treatments, and tasks assignments.
