LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

• Assess patients’ health status and needs
• Train and educate family members
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Communicate with multidisciplinary team members
• Manage supplies and inventory
• Respond to emergency situations

• Current VT LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an LPN
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Trach and/or ventilator experience desirable (training provided)
