Overview
Gifford Retirement Community is seeking an LPN to work in Randolph, VT. This position provides safe therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way, integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
Responsibilities- Provide oversight and supervision to LNA staff and communicate with health care team members.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Perform routine physical/psychosocial assessments to collect basic data.
- Manage medications and charting in a timely manner and within policy guidelines.
- Vermont LPN licensure.
- BLS certification (current/renewed every 2 years).
