• Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies, professional standards, physician s orders, and approved care plans.
• The LPN will collaborate with the RN, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
• Play a vital role in providing compassionate care to residents and supporting the nursing team.

• Current active LPN license in Vermont.
• At least 12 months of hospital practical nursing experience.
• Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Pay ranges from $25.93 to $40.11.
• Differentials range from $3 to $7.
