Additional Unit Specific Information : RNs must have LDRP experience including independence in a LDRP, including all aspects of care and experience in a community hospital environment that does not have NICU resources on sight. Unit will also take M/S overflow.

• 1 year of L&D experience to submit, as well as LDRP experience

• Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

• Experience as a baby nurse at delivery, initiating/being a part of neonatal resuscitations, assigning APGAR scores, and giving newborn medications post-delivery
