Job Summary: Bolton Valley Resort is seeking a reliable

Snow Removal and Road Crew Member toplay a critical role in ensuring safe and accessible roadways and parking areas for our guests and staff. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, love the outdoors, and are committed to keeping operations running smoothly, even in challenging winter conditions

Key Responsibilities:

• Snow Removal:
  • Operate snowplows, blowers, and other equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and pathways.
  • Apply salt, sand, or other materials to maintain traction and safety.
  • Respond promptly to snow and ice emergencies, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all snow removal and surface maintenance equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment for staff and users.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in snow removal, heavy equipment operation, surface maintenance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating snow removal equipment such as loaders, truck-plows, and snow blowers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment/loads

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions, including extreme cold and snow.
• Ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed during snow events.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating heavy machinery.
