Quality Supervisor – Mack Molding Company

Join the Mack Molding Company team as a Quality Supervisor and lead our quality assurance initiatives in molding, metals, finishing, and incoming inspection.

Plan, direct, coordinate, and control auditors and inspectors, ensuring compliance with ISO procedures and quality systems.

• Plan and direct activities related to incoming inspection and auditing in molding, metals, and finishing areas;
• Distribute and retrieve previous revisions of controlled documents from Agile;
• Outline, develop, and implement training procedures for employees in accordance with procedures and standards;
• Ensure smooth operation of inspection areas, maintaining daily records and reports;
• Participate in Material Review Board meetings as required;
• Provide technical leadership for the department;
• Ensure all ISO procedures and work instructions are followed;
• Ensure proper inspection techniques and tools are used, including SPC and other quality systems;
• Maintain constructive working relationships with business units, customers, and internal departments, ensuring effective communication;
• Provide data entry of Paretos for metals and finishing departments;
• Perform other related duties as needed or required.

• High school diploma or GED required;
• Minimum of five years related experience and/or training;
• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school with two years of related experience/training.
