Schedule: Full-time and part-time, days and hours may vary. Details discussed during interview.
Pay: Fixed rate of $16.50 per hour.
Qualifications: No experience necessary; willingness to be trained.

Job SummaryMaintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyors to dishwashing machine as assigned.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
- Polish silver items using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth as required.
- Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
- Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
- Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Help load and unload supplies and products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
