Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality meals for hot and cold buffets.
• Maintain proper food storage and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operation and keep the kitchen clean and ready for the next shift.
• Manage inventory, ensuring supplies are well stocked.
• Comply with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to handle food, objects, products and utensils.
• Ability to bend, stoop and kneel.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs.
