At the Lodge at Spruce Peak, we are seeking warm, energetic, and caring talent to grow our breakfast team. As a breakfast server at the Lodge, you set the tone for our guests’ start to the day. Whether it is spent skiing with family, or hiking with friends, our guests’ day start with you!

The ideal candidate is dedicated to customer service, courteous in their interaction with guests, able to multitask and communicate effectively and respectful with all parties during their shift, and above all, committed to learning and growing with the company’s values. While experience in Food & Beverage or other Hospitality field is a plus, we are primarily seeking candidates who want to grow and learn with their team.

Pay Range: $7.25 per hour plus tips

• DLC certified by the first day of employment
• Basic food service and knowledge with a willingness to learn, beverage program a plus
• Trained or willing to learn on Micros POS stations
• Trained or willing to learn on the GoTab online ordering system
• Ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8-10 hours/day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
